1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement governing the use of the j2win platform and all its services. By accessing the j2win website or using any of its services you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Use

When creating an account on j2win you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be terminated and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on j2win. This platform operates for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

Providing false age information to open an account is a serious violation. In such cases the account will be terminated and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on j2win is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is the same for each payment method.

Funds may only be deposited from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be flagged as suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals cannot be made until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• j2win reserves the right to carry out additional verification in cases of unusual transaction patterns.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

j2win offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own applicable terms. General bonus terms are outlined below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To use this bonus a 25x wagering requirement must be met.

• The bonus amount plus the deposit amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• The bonus may only be claimed once per user.
• Certain games or bet types may not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time from the date the bonus was claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program

j2win's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8% and Gold up to 1.2%. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and loyal participation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage or any attempt to use bonuses through fraudulent methods is identified, j2win reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit all bonuses and earnings.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on j2win are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game or sports market has its own specific rules, which will be detailed in the relevant section.

6.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. j2win reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect information.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games on j2win are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified by an independent third party. For live casino games, the rules operated by the live dealer apply.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game and market. Bets placed above this limit will be automatically reduced to the maximum limit or rejected.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j2win platform. Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

8. Account Suspension and Termination

j2win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Detection of an account created using false information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to submit required documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance, however all bonuses and promotional credits will be cancelled.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
